Background During my time working on Goldin my focus was on rounding out the overarching experience. From adding the ability to negotiate offers and counteroffers; to industry-competitive features such as saved searches, placing multiple bids at once; and launching a mobile app in parity. The work culminated with the beginnings of a comprehensive redesign, setting a new standard before eBay’s acquisition of the brand.
Role I was responsible for shaping the buying experience across Goldin. I collaborated closely with PM and engineering, as well as with the Collectors product design team — a wonderful forum for feedback and collaboration.


Highlights The successful launch of the mobile app was a big milestone underscored by the team’s cohesive effort and seamless process working together. Another highlight for me was initiating a brief yet impactful redesign phase, which included rigorous user testing and iterative improvements that vastly enhanced UI/UX.
